Parrot Wizard Bird Carrier

The Parrot Wizard Bird Carrier is the first hard sided plastic travel carrier actually meant for birds. This carrier features a durable shell, comfortable mounted perch, removable grate, carry handle, and metal bars.

This carrier is available in a range of sizes for all small, medium, and large parrots.

This entire carrier comes fully assembled and ready to go. The grate is in position, the perch is mounted, the carrier is fully assembled. No parts to sort, no instructions, no assembly required at all. Take the carrier out of the box and it is ready!

An elevated plastic grate helps trap mess below so that the parrot is not walking around in it. The grate can be removed for cleaning.

The included perch is Parrot Wizard's patented NU Perch® for great grip and comfort. Furthermore, the perch is just like Parrot Wizard NU Perch® for cage, Trees, Scale, and Playstands so the parrot can feel right at home with a familiar perch. The NU Perch in the Parrot Wizard Bird Carrier is hardwood so that a nervous or bored traveling parrot does not revert to chewing it up on the way to the destination.

Use the Parrot Wizard Bird Carrier for transporting a parrot safely in a car to the veterinarian, groomer, work, or to visit family. Unlike a Travel Cage, a carrier is more enclosed and private. A carrier is more robust, enclosed, and contains mess better. A Travel Cage can be more beneficial when you want the bird to see and be seen, be exposed to sunlight, or to live out of for a short time. The Travel Carrier is more about providing robust safety and simple transport for a shorter time.

This Bird Carrier comes in a heavy/thick plastic to better resist strong parrot beaks and chewing. It is reinforced with metal bars and comes with a chew-resistant Hardwood NU Perch.

Also there is a size limit to Travel Cages. Practically, travel cages are only effective for small to medium parrots and rarely available or too bulky for large parrots.
