Parrots are born to fly. This video illustrates how beautiful and how much fun it is to have them flying around. This is all in the span of a single training session and in reality they flew 2-3 times as much as shown in the video. Flight is the best exercise for parrots and keeps them healthy. Please read the complete article for reasons not to clip parrots and keep them flighted. If I can do it, you can!

Kili the Senegal Parrot and Truman the Cape Parrot demonstrate their indoor flying skills as they fly recalls and boomerang flights from different angles. These two Poicephalus parrots will fly to me on command and fly back to me when I throw them like a ball.
